Except where otherwise noted, the price displayed for Products on our Website represents the full retail price of the Product, exclusive of taxes and shipping. Additional shipping or handling fees may be charged at checkout, based on your location and the nature of the Product.
We strive to provide accurate pricing information; however, errors may occur. In the event a Product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the Product listed at the incorrect price. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
We accept debit cards, credit cards, UPI, and net banking. Card payments are subject to authorization by your card issuer and processed by our approved payment gateway provider Razorpay. We do not store or collect any card information (such as CVV or expiry date) on our servers.
Title and risk of loss for items purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. In the event you have not received your order, please contact us for support.
Orders are generally processed within 2 working days. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the Product’s size/availability. Typically, shipping takes 4–15 working days, but it may take longer if the Product is out of stock or bulky.
We may engage Shiprocket or other reputed courier/transport services for delivery. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping address you provide.
Delivery will be made between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. If you are unavailable, please provide an alternate person to receive the delivery on your behalf. Once the product is delivered to you or your representative, ownership and title transfer to you.

All sales made through Krishi Doctor are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds. This includes situations where you may be dissatisfied with the Product, where the Product has been damaged in transit (beyond our control), or for any other reason.
Please ensure you review all Product information, specifications, and compatibility before making a purchase. Once a Product is delivered to you, it cannot be returned or refunded unless otherwise mandated by applicable laws.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for dispatch. If you wish to cancel before dispatch, you may attempt to do so by contacting us at support@krishidoctor.in, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been prepared for shipping.
If an order is canceled successfully prior to dispatch, any refund due (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days. However, under our No Refund, No Return Policy, cancellations after dispatch are generally not eligible for refunds unless otherwise required by law.
